| Booking Conditions
We are happy to tailor make functions to suit your specific requirements. The following is a guideline to our booking conditions and may vary at the Manager’s discretion, depending on the size / timing / location and package.
Deposit
To secure your booking a deposit is required within 48 hours of confirmation of your booking. Sanctuary Cuisine may cancel unsecured bookings if no deposit is received within the required time. A tentative booking will be held until such time that the room/space has a second party interested. At this time the booking will be held for 48 hours without a deposit. Any deposit paid will be deducted from the total bill at the conclusion of the function. A deposit of $200 is required when booking the space.
Cancellation
Any deposit paid will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 10 days of a confirmed booking (or at the Manager’s discretion) Final Numbers; Final confirmation on the number of guests in required a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date of the function. All accounts/bills will be calculated using the final confirmed numbers (plus any additional).
Catering
Sanctuary Cuisine retains the right to provide all catering. No food and beverage may be brought onto the premises without prior approval and payment of relevant service or corkage charges
Menu Selections
Menu selections for both food and beverage must be made no less than 7 working days prior to the date of the function
Damages
The Client/Organiser of the function will be held liable for any damage to property or equipment caused by any person associated with the function. In the event of any such damages occurring, financial compensation reimbursement will be required
Price/Menu Variations
All efforts will are made to provide the agreed goods and services at the agreed price. However, prices and menus are subject to change without notice to cover any unforseen supply/quality issues or increases in costs
Payment
Full payment is required on completion of the function. No credit will be extended. Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and Bankcard are welcome. No separate accounts.
Terrace
Caters for up to 40 guests for a cocktail/stand up function and up to 16 for a sit down function (minimum numbers apply).
Conference Centre
Caters for up to 30 attendees and minimum numbers/set menu do apply. The set menu choice must be made 7 days prior to the function. Room Hire - $220 per day plus menu selections per person and additional equipment hire
